It's always a challenge for me to evaluate products like these. Did this supplement work? Well, I'm still here, alive and kickin'! So, maybe so.I started taking Resveratrol because I had some concerns about my blood work. In particular, my white blood cell count. I read somewhere that Resveratrol could help stabilize a white blood cell count. I had my blood work done about 2 months after I started taking this product and everything in my blood work came back within normal range after having been elevated for months. Can I attribute it to Resveratrol? I can't say for sure. What I can say is that these capsules were easy to take, there was no noticeable aftertaste and their price was affordable. It's easy to take and flavorless. I take it daily along with a NMN and Pterostilbene supplement as all three molecules have similar, but potentially complementary effects.Nutritional Peak - Resveratrol Complex 60 count bottle is a 30 day supply if you follow the instructions and take one capsule Twice a day.Resveratrol is found in Red wine and is good for anti-aging, Longevity, Immune system & Heart support.It has a scent and after taste that reminds me of a meat Smoker and Beets. You are suppose to take this 20-30 mins before a meal for best results but I burp the taste if I don't take with food.I have been taking this for a month now and haven’t noticed anything great yet other than me feeling better and not having allergies this time of the year.The capsule is easy to swallow and I love that they are small. It doesn’t have any weird smell and doesn’t upset my tummy.I have read a lot of great stuff about Resveratrol and since I can’t drink wine I am taking this instead. This have higher dose than my previous one so that makes me happy.I just wish I have better result after 1 month but in all honesty I dont know even what I am supposed to really feel beside I don’t feel sick and feel good after taking them.Why do I take it?I take this in conjunction with NMN to enhance the bioabsorptionWhat benefits have I noticed?A little back ground on me, I am 45, I work out 6 to 7 times a week and do a mixture of weight lifting, cardio and circuit training. I have a better diet than the average person but still a long way to go to say my diet is great. I am in good shape and have been in good shape for a long time, so I can’t really say I feel much of a difference on this supplement, maybe a bit more energy on the end of my runs but mostly I trust the studies and feels this is a good product to take in conjunction with NMNQuantityFor this bottle, each gives you 600 mg and theirs 60 in the bottle.Personally I try to take around 500 mg so I take 1 so for me is a 60 day supplyOther Things to NoteResveratrol in powder form does not dissolve well so some people (including myself) elect to open up the pill capsule and mix with a little whole fat yogurt or some olive oil otherwise your body could have a hard time processing itAs with any supplement you should consult with your physician if this supplements is right for you and quantity to takeThese pills have a bit of the odor that you get when you squish a stink bug. Just a bit, though. Otherwise, I have no problems with them. They are easy to swallow and the dosage makes them a decent value. I think you will be happy with the purchase if you are using resveratrol supplements.These are a great potency capsule which has a recommended dosage of one, twice daily. I confess, I find the potency strong enough that I only take one daily.There’s no horrid aftertaste (I take my supplements with coffee or juice in the morning) and I don’t have difficulty swallowing the capsules.It’s so terribly difficult to review the effectiveness of a supplement unless you’re already being subjected to regular testing for one or more ingredients or by products of a supplement. But, hopefully I will be able to update this review when I’m 103 to let you know that this product added 30 years to my life. :-)The first thing I noticed about this was the smell. I've seen different descriptions from other reviewers, and it's hard to place. I just chalked it up to resveratrol being polyphenol found in grapes, and the smell to me had a bit of a fermented smell. I looked at other similar resveratrol supplements and one person described it like nail polish. I'm not sure the strong smell is a good thing. There were plenty of reviews of other brands saying that the strong smell mean it was bad, and one person that had gotten sick.That being said, I haven't had ill effects taking it. Glad I could be a guinea pig. On the flip side, I haven't seen any noticeable positives. I'm on the fence on this one. The smell could be natural, or it could be when it starts to go bad. Overall, I don't have the confidence in it. Your mileage may vary.
